Description
FotoSense consists of a standard dimensioned dip probe
(12 x 120 mm) containing the LED light source, photodetector and
pre-amplifier – all potted in optical grade epoxy.
The upper window is cut at an angle to ensure that air bubbles cannot
collect and cause error when the probe is submerged in the sample.
A range of wavelengths is available that covers the majority of indicator
dyes and complexes.
The accompanying control module provides the necessary
supplies to the sensor head and is designed to effectively remove any
ambient light interference.
